Web Gallery- Courtney Acostagrates

I am really happy with my portfolio! :o)
I was delighted to learn how to fix up photographs, such as my powerlines and flowers photos, and was really happy about learning to do montages. I had very little photoshop knowledge when I started to this class, and though I now recognize that that is MUUUCH more to learn, I am satisfied with what I have gotten out of my experience so far. I honestly didn't even know how to use the levels or curves tool before I started, and I now I feel much better equipped to manipulate images and text. I like the clipping mask, but think my use of this tool in my Crater Lake image is a little cheezy. There were, without a doubt, better ways to have used this tool. Another item that I would have changed was in my Drink Tap Water montage. I think next time I may have used a different font family-- I didn't really like the use of the serif font for the header. In general, I have learned a lot about balance and the use of color, and think I am much better prepared to make web assets. Thank you to everyone for making this class a great learning experience! ;o)
